1. Where is Logos Cave Cappadocia located?

We are located in Göreme, just a short walk from the town center. Our hotel is situated in a peaceful spot with panoramic views, yet close to all the main restaurants and local amenities.

2. Can I watch the hot air balloons from the hotel?

Yes. On most mornings, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the balloons rising over the valleys right from our terrace or upper courtyard.

3. Do you accept children?

To maintain the calm atmosphere of the property, we kindly inform you that we do not accept guests under the age of 10.

4. How many rooms are available?

We offer 10 uniquely designed rooms, each with historical details preserved from the original 19th-century mansion.

5. Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. We can arrange both shared and private transfers from Kayseri and Nevşehir airports. Simply provide your flight number, date and time.

6. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time is until 11:00.

7. What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 10:30. We serve a rich and fresh breakfast using local ingredients on our terrace or indoor dining area.

8. Is there dinner service at the hotel?

We do not serve dinner, but we are within walking distance to all of Göreme’s best restaurants. We are happy to help you with recommendations or reservations.

9. Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

10. How close is the hotel to the bus station?

Göreme Bus Station is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Guests without large luggage can easily walk. If you are carrying heavy luggage, we are happy to arrange assistance from the terminal.

11. Do you offer private guided tours?

Yes. We collaborate with Adventus Travel, a licensed tour operator specializing in private, curated experiences in Cappadocia and beyond. Our guests receive a 12 percent discount on all Adventus tours.

12. Can I book a hot air balloon tour through you?

Yes, we partner with trusted balloon companies and can make the reservation on your behalf. Please let us know at least 30 days in advance for better availability.

13. Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site private parking is available for our guests.

14. How does it heat rooms?

Yes, all rooms have underfloor heating systems.

15. Do you allow pets?

As much as we love animals, we currently do not have the proper space to offer a comfortable environment for our little friends. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

16. What is your cancellation policy?

For reservations made directly through our official website, cancellations are free of charge up to (5) five days before check-in. If you cancel within (5) five days of arrival or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged and no refund will be issued.

17. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, POS link, bank cards, SWIFT transfer and cash. For guests who prefer to pay in cash upon arrival, a 3 percent discount is offered as a gesture of appreciation.
