1 - Reservations via Our Official Website (Reseliva Booking Engine):
We collect and process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when making a reservation, contacting us via email, phone, or WhatsApp, or using our website. This information may include:
Guests who complete their reservation by securely entering their credit card details on our website are not required to make a prepayment.
Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to check-in are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of force majeure (such as war, natural disasters, or official airspace closures), guests are eligible for full refund regardless of timing. Documentation may be requested if necessary.
2 - Reservations via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email:
A 40% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
The same cancellation policy applies: โ Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival โ No refund within 7 days of arrival
Cancellations for reservations made through external platforms are subject to the terms and conditions specified by those platforms. Please check your confirmation email for details.
4 - Early Departure or No-Show:
No refunds are issued in the event of early check-out or no-show. The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
5 - Date Modifications:
Changes to reservation dates are possible depending on availability and must be requested at least 5 days prior to the original check-in date.
