We kindly ask all our guests to review our cancellation terms before confirming their reservation. Our policy is designed to ensure transparency, flexibility, and mutual respect.

1 - Reservations via Our Official Website (Reseliva Booking Engine):

We collect and process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when making a reservation, contacting us via email, phone, or WhatsApp, or using our website. This information may include:

  • Guests who complete their reservation by securely entering their credit card details on our website are not required to make a prepayment.
  • Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to check-in are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In the event of force majeure (such as war, natural disasters, or official airspace closures), guests are eligible for full refund regardless of timing. Documentation may be requested if necessary.

2 - Reservations via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email:

  • A 40% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
  • The same cancellation policy applies:
    โ€“ Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
    โ€“ No refund within 5 days of arrival

3 - Third-Party Reservations (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia):

  • Cancellations for reservations made through external platforms are subject to the terms and conditions specified by those platforms. Please check your confirmation email for details.

4 - Early Departure or No-Show:

  • No refunds are issued in the event of early check-out or no-show. The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

5 - Date Modifications:

  • Changes to reservation dates are possible depending on availability and must be requested at least 5 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • Rate differences may apply based on room type or seasonal pricing.
