1 - Reservations and Payment
- Guests can make reservations via our official website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- For online reservations made through our website, valid credit card details are required to confirm the booking.
- For reservations made via phone, WhatsApp, or email, a prepayment of 40% of the total reservation amount must be transferred via bank payment to confirm the booking.
- We accept payments in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.
2 - Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time: 11:00
- Check-out time: 14:00
3 - Child Policy
- Children under the age of 12 are not accepted at the property.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.
4 - Non-Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
- In the event of smoking in the room, an additional fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged for cleaning purposes.
- Pets are not allowed, as we are unable to provide suitable comfort and facilities for them.
- We accept payments in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.
5 - Damage Deposit
- No damage deposit is required at the time of booking or check-in.
6 - Inclusions and Concierge Services
- Room rates include only breakfast.
- Additional services such as tours and experiences can be arranged through our in-house concierge team in collaboration with Adventus Travel Company, located within the hotel. Our team is available at the reception to assist with all activity arrangements.
